We are excited to see that Baltimore County Executive Olszewski is proposing as part of the FY22 budget to fully fund both phases of Sparrows Point Park. MK provided the site/civil engineering design for infrastructure and stormwater management to support the development of this 22-acre park. The new Baltimore County Park and Recreational Facility, last used as a Bethlehem Steel Mill train yard, will include a new multi-purpose field, recreation center, soft area playground, parking lot with bus loop and walking trail.
