On November 12, we gathered with community leaders and state and local officials to break ground on the Severn Center, a new intergenerational facility to be constructed at 1160 Reece Road in Severn. The 27,000-square-foot, $13.5 million complex, which will take 2-3 years to complete, will serve as a Boys and Girls Club and a senior center with a regulation size gymnasium, food pantry and classrooms.
Congratulations to our clients ACDS and Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects who are on this project – we can’t wait to see it come together.
